The Blind Watchmaker (Turtleback School & Library Binding Edition)

The Blind Watchmaker: Why the Evidence of Evolution Reveals a Universe Without Design - Richard Dawkins Dawkins accomplishes all of his goals, I think, in this one, but it's a bit of a mind-wanderer in several of the chapters. Some of the mind's departures from the text were positive (Dawkins presents 'IDEAS' that have to be chased down) and some were negative (while Dawkins belabors this point, let's think about what we'll have for dinner). This is my first Dawkins book. It's satisfying. He's interesting. And he answered some questions that I didn't know I should have had. It's funny how much of evolutionary theory I had just taken on faith.
